We’d love to invite you to experience the magic of Caerhays firsthand, by joining us at our Wedding Fair in association with Absolute Canvas, on Sunday 7th April 2024. It is the perfect opportunity to soak up the ambience of Caerhays, get a feel for the landscape and witness the spellbinding nature of this place.
This is a no pressure event – think of it as a chance to be curious, and explore what your fairytale wedding day could look and feel like, if you choose to take your vows at Caerhays.
Tickets are free, and our friendly and supportive wedding team will be on hand to greet you, give you the grand tour, answer any questions you may have, and map out how your special day could look.

- The majestic Castle Field with its castle backdrop, meadow and lake views.

This year our Caerhays Wedding Fair will be held at Beach Meadow, our stunning, licensed, oceanside venue that is just steps from the sand. In fact, Beach Meadow is the closest licensed wedding venue to the ocean, along the entire length of the South coast of Cornwall. It’s hard to beat that!
Recommended suppliers will be at Beach Meadow to meet you
We’ll also introduce you to some of our fabulous and highly recommended suppliers, who are all industry leaders in their own fields. From a talented photographer, makeup artist and florist, to food, music and celebrant, our handpicked suppliers will be on hand to answer your questions and help bring your visions to life. This is a fabulous opportunity to talk to suppliers face to face, in the exact environment you could be getting married. There is no better way to get a feel for how your nuptials could come together.
We are fortunate to be working with Absolute Canvas who will have one of their fabulous marquees up to protect us from the glorious sunshine! Absolute Canvas is a Cornish wedding marquee specialist with over 24 years experience. The majority of their work is bespoke, but being able to see one of their marquees in-situ at Beach Meadow will help you envision how spectacular your wedding day could look.
